Your Role as a Customer Operations Manager - Junior
Your mission? Make every Customer motion run better.
Across Sales, Onboarding, Growth, and Retention, you will turn our customer strategy into day-to-day execution. RevOps builds the systems and infrastructure; you make sure the right customers enter the right motion, at the right time, with the right sequence — and that we can see exactly how every part of the funnel is performing.
You will sit close to the Customer team leads, challenge performance with data, identify where funnels are breaking, and continuously improve how our teams operate.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
Build and run the customer campaigns. Create and maintain outreach campaigns, call cadences, and email sequences in HubSpot across Sales, Onboarding, Growth, and Retention. Launch them by market, monitor performance, and continuously improve them.
Turn customer segments into executable pipelines. Take the segments and opportunities produced by our data and RevOps teams and translate them into clean, prioritised, deduplicated, and assigned call lists. Make sure the right customer reaches the right team — and that no opportunity gets forgotten or worked twice.
Own the operational performance view. Maintain the dashboards and reporting each team lead and market needs to run their business. Make sure the numbers are accurate, accessible, and ready before the performance meeting starts.
Find where the funnel is breaking. Track activity, contact rates, conversion, stage progression, pipeline ageing, lost reasons, and revenue outcomes across every motion. Spot underperformance early, dig into why it is happening, and challenge the team on what needs to change.
Drive continuous performance improvement. Compare campaigns, segments, markets, and sequences to understand what works. Recommend changes to targeting, prioritisation, cadence, messaging, and processes - and measure whether those changes actually improve the KPIs.
Operationalise new markets and motions. When we launch a new market, product, or Customer motion, work with RevOps and the relevant team lead to make it operational: pipelines, properties, lists, sequences, dashboards, and reporting.
About you
You have hands-on experience in CRM, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps. You bring around two to three years of experience building and running campaigns, sequences, workflows, and reporting yourself.
You are at home in a CRM. HubSpot experience is a strong advantage: lists, workflows, sequences, properties, pipelines, and dashboards should all feel familiar. If your background is in Salesforce or another CRM, you are technically curious and quick to learn.
You are curious about the numbers. You are comfortable working in spreadsheets and BI tools, building reports, and digging into performance. When a conversion rate moves, your first question is why.
You are exceptionally organised and commercially minded. Multiple markets, motions, campaigns, and stakeholders do not intimidate you. You create structure, keep the details clean, and make sure things do not fall through the cracks.
You are fluent with modern operating tools. Slack, HubSpot, and Notion are part of your everyday toolkit, and experience with a BI platform such as Omni, Looker, or similar is a strong plus.
You communicate clearly in English. Professional fluency in English is essential. French is an advantage.
