Your Role as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build the end-to-end revenue stack and processes that let Shine scale and unify its 15 brands.
This is one of the most strategic build roles in the company. You own how revenue works, from the tools and data underneath it to the processes that run on top, across every brand and market. You turn 15 fragmented ways of working into one clean, scalable revenue machine.
You will not do this from the sidelines. You will be in direct contact with our market and BU leaders, and you will be their trusted ally: the person who understands their reality and turns it into systems and process that make them faster.
You report to the Head of Revenue and Lifecycle Ops and work daily with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data and Partnerships.
What you will do
🏗️ Build the end-to-end revenue stack
Design and build the systems that run revenue across 15 brands: CRM, data flows, automation, lifecycle and reporting
Choose the right tools, connect them cleanly, and retire the fragile legacy stacks that break
🔄 Design the revenue processes
Standardise how leads, handoffs, lifecycle, partner flows and reporting work across every brand and market, so 15 playbooks become one
Build processes that scale with the company instead of holding it back
⭐ Own the flagship: our new centralized CRM
Architect and build our single centralized CRM for all 15 brands
Migrate Sales, Marketing and Customer Success onto it, brand by brand, with clean data and real adoption
Own the flows between Snowflake, Segment, HubSpot and Braze
🤝 Be the trusted ally of our market leaders
Act as the go-to RevOps partner for market and BU leaders across 6 countries
Translate their needs into systems and process, and help them hit their numbers
Bring the outside-in view back into how we build
📊 Reporting, data and run
Build revenue reporting and dashboards that Sales, Marketing and leadership actually trust
Own the day-to-day: integrations, data hygiene, automation, debugging
🤖 Put AI at the core
Use AI hands-on to build faster and automate more, from RevOps workflows to sales and CS agents
Set the standard for how the whole team works with AI, and bring the dedicated leadership this space is still missing
About you
Background
4 to 6 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing or Sales Ops, or CRM systems, in a fast-scaling SaaS or fintech
You have built or deeply configured a CRM from the systems side, not just used one. HubSpot strongly preferred, Salesforce acceptable
You have designed go-to-market processes, not only tooling, and run CRM migrations or on boarded teams
You are comfortable owning integrations and data across a modern stack (Snowflake, Segment, a CDP or MAP, reverse ETL, iPaaS such as n8n or Zapier)
Multi-brand or multi-market experience is a strong plus
Skills
Genuinely technical on systems and automation, hands-on, paired with strong process design
A real business partner: you build trust with senior stakeholders and turn their needs into solutions
Systems thinker who designs for 15 brands, not one
Autonomous and decisive: you make the calls and own them
Clear communicator who translates fluently between business and technical
Power user of AI tools (Claude or equivalent), with hands-on experience building AI agents and automation, a big plus we want to push further
English mandatory, French a strong plus
Our recruitment process
1️⃣ Screening call — with our recruiter (30 min): technical background check and profile fit
2️⃣ Technical interview — 45 min
3️⃣ Business case — short scenario to assess your knowledge and autonomy in practice.
4️⃣ A team introduction, followed by a soft skills interview based on personality assessments to see how we can best support your growth at Shine
What you will walk into
This is not a steady-state role. You are joining at the defining moment of our build:
We are replacing a fragmented legacy stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, CPQ) with one centralized system and one set of processes for all 15 brands
Our new centralized CRM is the cornerstone, and everything ahead (new markets, Shine ERP, lifecycle) is built on the foundation you lay
You sit at the center of the critical path of Shine's growth, with a direct line to the leaders driving each market
You are not inheriting a finished machine. You are building it, and it will carry the company for years
