ERP Business Unit Lead Spain at Shine
Shine / Cegid is building an increasingly complete financial operating platform for entrepreneurs, bringing together accounting, invoicing, payroll, commerce, payments and banking.
ERP is already an established business in Spain, supported by around 30 people across Sales, Segments, Customer Support and various Marketing functions. The mandate for this role is to lead the business through its next chapter: consolidating the ERP proposition onto our next-generation platform while protecting customer experience and scaling commercial performance and growth throughout the transition.
This is a strategic and commercial leadership role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Customer Support, working in close collaboration with Product and Technology.
You will own ERP Spain end-to-end, including revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention, costs and growth.

Your responsibilities will include
Lead:
Lead the next chapter of the ERP business, consolidating multiple solutions onto our next-generation platform aligned with company overall strategy for ERP
Build a clear path for how the business, customer base and commercial model evolve over time as we grow
Bring Sales, Marketing and Customer Support around one strategy, one set of priorities and clear KPIs
Strategy:
Keep Product, Technology and go-to-market plans tightly connected around shared priorities and targets.
Support ERP tribe in defining go-to-market approach, positioning, target segments and pricing for ERP Spain.
Translate customer needs, market dynamics and commercial opportunities into clear business and product priorities.
Performance:
Own the commercial performance KPis and strategy for ERP Spain across revenue, acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and profitability.
Protect customer experience and transform customer needs, market dynamics and commercial opportunities into clear product and sales priorities and OKRs.
Ultimately, you will run ERP Spain as a business — protecting what works today while building the foundation for its future growth.
Within 6 months, you have:
Established clear ownership of ERP Spain’s commercial performance, with agreed KPIs across revenue, acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and profitability.
Aligned ERP Sales, Marketing and Customer Support around one strategy, operating rhythm and set of priorities.
Defined the commercial path for consolidating the existing proposition onto the next-generation ERP platform, with clear customer segments, positioning, pricing and go-to-market priorities.
Built strong alignment with Product and Technology around Spanish customer needs, market priorities and shared targets.
Built meaningful collaboration with the wider Spain team to identify and activate cross-functional revenue opportunities across the Shine / Cegid portfolio.
Protect customer experience and commercial performance throughout the transition.
Where the role sits
Reports to General Manager, Spain
Leads the ERP Spain commercial organisation of aroud 30 people across Sales, Customer Support and Marketing.
Works closely with the global ERP Product and Technology teams, as well as Brand, Finance, data and People partners on product priorities, planning and organisational decisions.
About you
Significant experience in a management and commercial leadership role within SaaS, ERP, accounting software or fintech.
Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner network management
Proven experience owning commercial performance and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of the Spanish SME market.
Experience launching or transitioning software products in an existing market.
Strong strategic and commercial skills combined with a hands-on approach.
Comfortable working closely with Product and Technology teams.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with business KPIs.
Fluent Spanish and strong professional English is needed
