Your role as Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition for the Danish market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with performance budget and KPI ownership. You will manage the paid acquisition budget plan, campaign operations, optimization, and performance reporting across paid search, paid social, and online awareness campaigns.
Your first responsibility is Denmark. Your second responsibility is helping the wider Performance Marketing team become stronger at paid social.
This is a great fit if you are a hands-on performance marketer who wants more ownership, more business context, and the chance to shape how paid acquisition works across multiple product lines and markets.
📍 Job located in Denmark, Copenhagen, with the possibility of two remote working days per week.
What you’ll be doing
Manage full-funnel paid campaigns
Plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns across:
Google Ads and Microsoft Bing/ SEA
Meta and paid social / SMA
Bottom-of-funnel demand capture
Middle-of-funnel consideration campaigns
Top-of-funnel and online awareness campaigns and demand creation
You will be hands-on in campaign setup, optimization, testing, reporting, and weekly trading sessions, defining corrective actions to achieve your goals.
Improve the journey from impression to revenue growth
Paid acquisition is a growth lever, but sustainable growth happens when the full customer journey works end to end. You will connect audience strategy, messaging, creative direction, landing pages, signup flow, activation and customer quality to identify bottlenecks and unlock incremental growth.
You don’t need to execute every component yourself. Your impact comes from strong prioritization, crisp problem definition, and driving improvements with the right stakeholders (Product, Brand/Creative, Web/UX, Data, and Sales). You will be expected to proactively surface opportunities, build a shared plan, and ensure progress through effective stakeholder management: aligning on goals, clarifying ownership, and translating insights into actions that move revenue metrics.
What you bring
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, PPC, paid social, demand generation, or growth marketing
Strong operational experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Danish fluency and strong English communication skills
Experience managing media budgets and optimizing campaigns toward commercial outcomes
Strong understanding of paid acquisition funnels, from impression to signup, activation, and customer quality
Experience across bottom, middle, and top-of-funnel campaigns
Confidence working hands-on in platforms, not only managing strategy from a distance
Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
Ability to work closely with GTM, local marketing, brand, design, product, web, and analytics stakeholders
A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, and priorities without losing focus

In the next 3-6 months you will help us build:
Clear paid acquisition operating rhythm for Denmark across Billy, Shine, and Salary
Better budget allocation between BOFU, MOFU, and TOFU based on scalability, CAC, payback, and signup quality
Weekly trading rhythm with clear decisions on budget, bids, campaign structure, funnel bottlenecks, and next actions
Stronger partnership with Denmark Revenue Marketing, with clear ownership between local GTM input and paid media execution
Better visibility into signup quality, activations, conversion lag, platform discrepancies, and paid vs blended performance
