👀 Revenue Marketing at Shine
Our Revenue Marketing team in Spain is dedicated to driving growth among the country's freelancers, small business owners and CPA's (Accountants). We're a close-knit team with a clear mission: connecting the right people to the tools and solutions that make running a business simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.
We work across the full marketing mix; campaigns, channels, content, and performance, translating strategy into tangible activity that moves the needle. From ideation to execution, we're the team that makes things happen, keeping a sharp focus on results while staying deeply attuned to the everyday realities of Spain's small business & CPA community.
📋 Your Role as a GTM Marketing Manager
Lead the Go To Market strategy and execution for the accounting firms segment (CPA) in Spain, ensuring effective commercialization, adoption and activation of products, strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.
The role will act as a key cross-functional coordinator between local and global teams, aligning Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Growth and Local Marketing functions to ensure successful market execution.
You’ll become a trusted voice within the accounting community while helping shape how our product evolves for this critical customer segment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Go To Market & Commercial Activation
Define and coordinate Go To Market plans for products, features, migrations and strategic initiatives targeting the CPA segment.
Drive commercial activation and product adoption within the accounting firms ecosystem.
Adapt global initiatives to local market needs and realities.
Coordinate launches, rollouts and activation plans across global and local teams.
Product Adoption & Customer Activation
Support initiatives focused on improving customer adoption, engagement and activation.
Identify adoption barriers and coordinate corrective actions with Product, Customer Success and Sales teams.
Participate in customer migration, feature activation and portfolio evolution initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Market Positioning
Develop value propositions, commercial messaging and enablement materials for sales and customer-facing teams.
Coordinate communications and commercial alignment around new initiatives and business priorities.
Support Sales teams with market insights, customer pain points and competitive positioning.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with: Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Revenue, Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, Brand teams.
Ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution.
Market & Customer Insights
Build a strong understanding of the CPA ecosystem, workflows, operational challenges and business needs.
Gather customer, market and internal feedback to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Monitor regulatory and market trends relevant to the segment.
Events & Community
Represent the company at accounting events, conferences, webinars, and industry communities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the accounting ecosystem.
Help establish the company as a trusted technology partner for forward-thinking accountants.
📍 Job located in Spain, Madrid with possibility of two remote working days per week

Increased product adoption and retention among accountant-led clients.

Successful execution of Go To Market initiatives across the CPA segment.
Strong collaboration between local and global teams.
🔎 About you
+4 years of experience in Go To Market, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments.
Ability to successfully organise, manage and execute GTM initiatives/projects eg value proposition etc
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
You have a strong ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategy
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution.
Experience within accounting software or business management ecosystems is a plus.
Professional working written and spoken English & Spanish skills are essential
