The Product Design team at Shine
To help Shine achieve its ambitious roadmap and company goals, our Product Design team is made up of 40+ talented people across Accounting, Banking, Global Design, User Research, and Copywriting.
Your role as a Product Designer
As a Senior Product Designer in our newly formed Cash Pilot team, you will shape a core experience that helps business owners understand their cash flow and make financial decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and the Banking domain to design a product that connects deeply to user needs. This is a greenfield initiative: the first MVP is being shipped, and you’ll be central in gathering insights, iterating fast, and defining what’s next.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the full design process end‑to‑end — from exploration and framing opportunities to building solutions, validating impact, and supporting implementation.
Collect and synthesise user feedback on the newly released MVP and turn insights into clear product improvements.
Design intuitive, data‑driven flows that help users monitor cash movements, understand expenses and profitability, and gain real financial control.
Work closely with Accounting and Banking teams to ensure coherence across domains and align on shared patterns and constraints.
Define product metrics with your PM and validate whether shipped features truly move the needle.
Contribute to Shine’s design system and maintain a high craft standard across web and mobile.
Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and collaborate pragmatically with Engineering.
