The Denmark, Revenue Marketing team at Shine
At Shine, we drive growth through strategic partnerships and performance-driven channels. We combine brand, community, sales, GTM activities and commercial relationships into measurable results. We have existing partnerships and affiliate activities in place. Your focus will be to review, optimize, and reactivate these, while identifying new opportunities to scale further.
Your role as a Partnership & Affiliate Lead
This is a hybrid role combining two closely connected responsibilities: Partnerships and Affiliate management in Denmark. You will be responsible for both building strategic partnerships and scaling our affiliate channel as a performance engine. A key part of your role is to review existing setups, reactivate inactive partners, and unlock new growth opportunities.
You will own the full partner ecosystem from analysis and reactivation to onboarding, activation, optimization, and scaling. You will collaborate closely with Danish team members (mostly in Danish) across performance channels, content, community manager, GTM and segment lead, ensuring alignment, driving execution, and maximizing impact across all growth initiatives. You’ll collaborate with European Affiliate and Partnership teams (in English) to apply best practices, leverage learnings and improve efficiencies.
📍 Job located in Denmark, Copenhagen with the possibility of two remote working days per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will hit the ground running by reviewing and assessing existing partnerships and affiliate activities, identifying gaps and opportunities that set the foundation for everything ahead. From there, you will refresh all existing materials to align with the Shine brand using this as a moment to reactivate inactive or underperforming partners and reignite engagement where it matters most.
You will bring clarity and structure to existing deals, agreements, and partnerships, gaining a full overview before rolling up your sleeves to negotiate and improve commercial terms from commission structures and exclusivities to placements that work harder for the business.
Day to day, you will activate partners through campaigns, incentives, and exclusive initiatives, while operating within our CRM tool to manage both prospects and existing customers. You will monitor and analyse performance across key metrics; CPC, CPA, leads, ROI, and conversion rates, owning the numbers and translating them into meaningful internal reporting. Collaborating closely with affiliate platforms and internal data teams, you will ensure accurate tracking and data quality, while maintaining full compliance across fraud prevention, brand safety, and guidelines.
Beyond managing what exists, you will have the opportunity to identify and develop strong new strategic partnerships with a focus on growth owning the full lifecycle from outreach and negotiation through to implementation and scaling. This includes onboarding new affiliates to the platform publishers, influencers, comparison sites, cashback platforms, and more as well as setting up new strategic partnerships in close collaboration with our web and tech teams.
What You Bring
You are a natural relationship-builder, extroverted, energetic, and confident in every room you walk into. Whether it's outreach, meetings, or cross-functional collaboration, communication comes naturally to you, and you know how to make every conversation count. You are fluent in both English and Danish, allowing you to seamlessly navigate conversations across our international and local teams.
You bring 5+ years of proven experience creating win-win partnerships that drive real, mutual value, backed by a sharp commercial mindset focused on growth, revenue, and ROI. Your experience spans partnerships, affiliate marketing platforms, business development, or growth roles and ideally, you've honed these skills within SaaS, start-up, or scale-up environments.
Behind your people skills lies a structured, organised mind. You take full ownership of your documentation and workflows, staying on top of multiple partners and projects without ever losing your footing. You are data-driven, turning insights into action and owning initiatives end-to-end with confidence and minimal oversight.
Above all, you thrive in fast-paced, international environments where no two days look the same and that's exactly the way you like it.
