The Revenue Marketing France team at Shine
The Revenue Marketing France team sits at the heart of our growth engine, directly responsible for driving performance across the Micro Business, Small Business and Accounting (CPA) segments.
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Product, Growth and Partnerships, keeping segment focus sharp, go-to-market execution tight, and revenue impact measurable.

Your role as a Director, Segment & Revenue Marketing (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director, Segment & Revenue Marketing (Maternity Cover) to join our Revenue Marketing France team on a fixed-term basis, covering a period of maternity leave. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a critical function during a period of strategic importance for the organisation.
The Revenue Marketing France team occupies a central position in driving commercial growth across our Micro Business, Small Business, and Accounting (CPA) segments. The team operates at the intersection of Sales, Product, Growth, and Partnerships , ensuring disciplined segment focus, effective go-to-market execution, and measurable revenue outcomes.
What You’ll be Doing
· Drive segment-level commercial performance, taking full accountability for MRR, ARPU, NRR and pipeline contribution
· Shape and execute segment strategy in alignment with the global ICP taxonomy (MB / SB / CPA), turning high-level priorities into concrete market action
· Unite Growth, Sales and Partnerships around shared segment goals, acting as the connective tissue that keeps cross-functional momentum moving in the same direction
· Serve as the commercial voice into Product, converting real market signals and revenue insights into crisp, actionable input that shapes the roadmap
· Lead high-impact strategic initiatives spanning product launches, regulatory shifts, migrations and business transformations
· Own performance outcomes, building the dashboards, making the prioritisation calls and navigating the trade-offs that keep the business on track
· Craft executive-level updates and recommendations that influence decisions at the highest level
· Bring clarity, structure and forward momentum during the maternity cover period, leaving the team and business in a stronger position than you found it
📍 Job located in France (hybrid), with up to two remote working days per week
Who You are
10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful exposure to segment ownership, business ownership, or a P&L-adjacent role
A track record of owning revenue-linked KPIs, you've had MRR, ARPU, NRR or pipeline on your scorecard and you've moved them
Solid understanding of both product-led and channel-led growth models, and the judgment to know when to lean on each
Comfort operating in complex, regulated or high-stakes environments, ambiguity doesn't slow you down, it sharpens your thinking
A natural cross-functional leader, you know how to align people and create momentum without relying on direct authority
Executive-level communication skills: you write and speak with structure, clarity and credibility, and you know how to land a recommendation in the room
Pragmatic, resilient and relentlessly focused on impact, you're here to move the needle, not manage the process
Fluency in both French and English is required.
Bonus points if you bring experience with partner ecosystems, regulated SaaS markets, or leading large-scale business transformations.
