The People & Culture team at Shine
At Shine, our People Experience team helps leaders and teams perform at their best while supporting the company through growth and change.
Within the wider People & Culture function, the team brings together People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Workplace & Well-Being to build modern, fair and scalable people practices across the business.
Your role as a People Business Partner
As a People Business Partner supporting the Revenue organization, you will work closely with leaders to strengthen team performance, organizational effectiveness, and business growth.
You will report to a Senior People Business Partner and join a team of four People Business Partners supporting the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business impact. You will help leaders develop talent, navigate change, and build strong, resilient teams while contributing to the evolution of our People Business Partnering model.
Operating in a fast-moving environment, you will bring structure, clarity and data-informed thinking to key people topics across the Revenue organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with leaders across the Revenue organization on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
Drive people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development
Contribute to the application of frameworks related to career leveling, compensation, and pay equity
Use KPIs and people data to support decision-making and improve team performance over time
Help leaders navigate ambiguity, support team growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness
Work closely with People Operations and other People teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of people practices
📍 Job located in Madrid, with possibility of two remote working days per week
✈️ Regular travel (around once per month) may be required.
About you
You have around 3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar people role
You have experience partnering with managers and leadership teams
You bring solid business acumen and understand how people practices support business outcomes
You are comfortable using KPIs, data and insights to support decisions and improve performance
You can explain complex topics in a clear, structured and pragmatic way
You are comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
You have exposure to organizational change, restructuring, or transformation; this is a plus
You are curious about how AI, data and technology are reshaping organizations, leadership and people practices
You are fluent in English and Spanish
