Talent Acquisition at Shine is entering a new chapter: we’re building a high-performing, modern recruiting organisation that can scale with our product-led growth across multiple countries.
For Tech hiring, that means operating with strong craft and discipline: excellent stakeholder partnership at VP/Head level, a sourcing-first mindset in competitive markets, and a rigorous, data-driven approach to improving the funnel and candidate experience.
Your Role as an Senior Tech Recruiter
You will own and drive Tech hiring across several of our European markets, partnering closely with senior engineering leadership. This role is built for someone who combines deep tech recruiting craft with a systems mindset: you don’t just fill roles - you improve how hiring works.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of critical hires (including high-demand profiles) while contributing to repeatable ways of working (playbooks, interview kits, dashboards, automation) that raise the bar for quality and speed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own and deliver hiring outcomes for a Tech/Engineering portfolio across France, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands (with occasional hiring in other markets)
Partner with senior stakeholders (VP/Heads/Engineering Managers) to translate business needs into clear requirements, aligned hiring plans, and consistent decision-making
Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand profiles (e.g., Banking domain engineers, SRE, Architects) through market mapping, outreach testing, referrals and talent pools
Use recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and run focused experiments that improve conversion, speed, and quality over time
Drive structured and fair evaluation practices (scorecards, consistent interview plans, evidence-based debriefs) while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
Strengthen tooling discipline and reporting reliability (stages, disposition reasons, source tracking) to enable proactive funnel steering
Bring a modern approach to recruiting efficiency through responsible use of automation and AI (measured impact, clear guardrails)
📍 Job located in Paris, Berlin or Copenhagen with possibility of two remote working days per week
✈️ Occasional travel (around once per month) may be required.
🔎 About you
You have significant experience leading Tech recruiting in competitive markets, including sourcing-heavy hiring for high-demand profiles
You are confident partnering with senior stakeholders and can challenge constructively while building trust and momentum
You are numbers-driven: you use funnel data in your day-to-day work to prioritise, spot bottlenecks, and improve outcomes
You are highly skilled in sourcing: market mapping, outreach strategy, messaging iterations, and talent pool building are second nature
You care deeply about hiring quality and fairness and know how to run structured, consistent interviews at speed
You thrive in dynamic environments and can stay calm and effective during peak hiring periods
You are fluent in English and speak at least one additional language (French preferred; Danish or Spanish are strong alternatives; German is a plus)

3️⃣ A 90' business case presentation to highlight your skills and give you a hands-on feel for the role.
4️⃣ A 45' interview with Thomas (VP Engineering Banking Domain) to get to know how you work with senior Stakeholders.
5️⃣ A final personality & logical assessment to understand how you think and how you structure your work.
