Customer Success & Onboarding
Onboarding af større virksomheder og revisionshuse
Afholde produkt-demoer, træning og best practice-sparring
Strategiske check-ins og proaktiv support, der skaber langvarige kunderelationer
Kundesupport
Support til kunder og revisorer via telefon, mail og chat
Håndtere komplekse sager eller akutte behov i travle perioder
Dine ansvarsområder
At være primær kontaktperson for vores største kunder og sikre stærke relationer
Guide kunder gennem onboarding-processen og sikre en problemfri opstart
Afholde produktdemoer og træningssessioner, så kunderne får fuldt udbytte af Salary
Yde hurtig og kvalificeret support til både virksomheder og revisorer
Løse komplekse lønsager og levere skræddersyede løsninger
Overvåge kundernes engagement og identificere muligheder for at styrke fastholdelse og tilfredshed
Indsamle kundefeedback og dele indsigter med vores Product-team, så vi kan forbedre vores produkt og processer
Bidrage til vidensdeling gennem artikler til vores help center og interne knowledge base
Arbejde tæt sammen med Product, Tech, Partnerships og Marketing

Du har indgående erfaring med løn og forstår behovene hos løn- og økonomiafdelinger
Du trives i kundekontakt og har stærke kommunikationsevner – både skriftligt og mundtligt
Du kan forklare komplekse emner på en enkel og tydelig måde
Du arbejder struktureret, men er også klar til at springe til, når der opstår akutte behov
Du motiveres af at hjælpe kunder og skabe værdi gennem stærke relationer

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with payroll expertise who, through strong communication skills and a deep understanding of payroll processes, can play a key role in our customers’ success.
About the role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be our payroll domain expert.
You combine your professional expertise with a strong understanding of customer needs, and you will play a central role in the team by ensuring that our customers – ranging from larger companies to small businesses and accounting firms – get maximum value from Salary.
Your time will be split between:
Customer Success & Onboarding
Onboarding of larger companies and accounting firms
Hosting product demos, training sessions, and best-practice consultations
Conducting strategic check-ins and providing proactive support that builds long-term customer relationships
Customer Support
Providing support to customers and accountants via phone, email, and chat
Handling complex cases or urgent needs during busy periods
Your responsibilities
Acting as the primary point of contact for our largest customers and building strong relationships
Guiding customers through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth start
Hosting product demos and training sessions to ensure customers get the full value of Salary
Delivering fast, high-quality support to both businesses and accountants
Solving complex payroll cases and providing tailored solutions
Monitoring customer engagement and identifying opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction
Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the Product team to improve our product and processes
Contributing to knowledge sharing through articles for our help center and internal knowledge base
Working closely with Product, Tech, Partnerships, and Marketing
Who are you?
You have extensive experience with payroll and understand the needs of payroll and finance departments
You thrive in customer-facing roles and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
You are able to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way
You work in a structured manner but are also ready to jump in when urgent needs arise
You are motivated by helping customers and creating value through strong relationships
